DESCRIPTION
The filters use mini-pleated wet laid glass media with efficiency of 99.99%(HEPA) on 0.3¦Ìm particle size or 99.9995%(ULPA) on 0.1 to 0.2¦Ìm particle size. Designed for easy installation and longer service life. The media pack is available in a 40mm with a frame depth of 50mm and a 55mm version with a frame depth of 65mm.

These filters are designed to optimized performance in filtration applications for the pharmaceutical, medical, semiconductor, microelectronic, biotechnology and photographic industry as well as for surgical rooms in hospitals.

FEATURES:

Professional manufacturing technology allows potting material to completely encapsulate pleats on all four sides.
No aluminum separator and maximized media content for lower pressure drop.
Aluminum frames reduce weight and need for structural support
Protective screen is offset from pleat tips to eliminate wear due to vibration , installation and handling.
Design is manufactured and tested in clean room 1000 environment.
