    1 . separator hepa

    2. mini-pleat hepa

    3. v-bank( v-bed) hepa

how to calculate ffu quantity

the clean room has different air change times according different class. basically, when the cleanroom(clean booth) height less than 4.0m, class 1000 clean room’ s air change times is 50-60,10000class is 15-25times .
if you want to set up a booth (1000class): area is 15 square meter , height is 2.8m .the calculate method as following :
room volume: 15*2.8=42 cube meter
total air volume: 42*60=2520 cube meter
ffu air volume: 1175*575 is 900cmh
ffu quantity : 2520/900=3 sets

laminar flow

      Several days ago, I offered the laminar flow price to my client from India . But yesterday  he told me the temperature is from 50 degree to 121 degree . I asked my consulter who has many experiences in pharmaceutics field , but he never heard this type laminar flow.

    Today I will send the catalogue to my client in Austria by UPS. The client needs G3-F9 bag filter.
